In an even first half Kennington scored the only
goal with Harriers missing a lot of chances.
Kennington added a 2nd early in the second half as Harriers pushed for a
equalizer. Harriers lost a few players through injury after some very high
tackles as they tried to get back in the game.
L. Kehoe got Harriers back into the game turning in the box and slotting the
ball into the bottom corner. Harriers were awarded a free kick 20 yards from
the Kennington goal which L. Kehoe curled into the top corner.
Kennington replied straight away to make it 3-2 which left Harriers stunned.
Harriers showed great spirit searching for another goal and with 4 minutes
left after a goal mouth scramble involving L. Kehoe, C. Lowther and A.
Ollard a penalty was given due to a handball stopping a goal.
Under pressure L. Kehoe placed his penalty into the bottom corner to give
himself a hatrick, levelling the score, and the team a well deserved draw.
