Harriers travelled to Monkton on Sunday looking to gain revenge for our 4 - 5 reverse earlier on in the season.

Harriers started slowly going 1 - 0 down within 10 minutes however the scores were soon level when S. Rose finished from close range.

Both sides were competing well but it was C. Hammond who put Harriers ahead to continue his impressive scoring run.

The most controversial point of the match soon followed when Monkton were awarded a penalty which seem very harsh and they converted to level the scores.

T. Wood in Harriers goal went on to make some good saves and his handling was superb.

Just before the break S. Harding got onto a loose ball in the box to put Harriers 3-2 up at the break. 
 
The second half was just as tight with Harriers just edging it.

S. Rose got his second after capitalising on a goalkeeping error before a fine individual goal from their skipper made for a frantic last 5 minutes.

Harriers held firm to take all 3 points with S. Rose being Harriers Man Of The Match.
