Harriers Under 11's Colts came out fighting on Sunday against a familiar Bettsehanger team from the previous season's under 10's.

Dogged determination and effort paid off during the first half, with some great defensive work and in particular great saves and heroics from young C. Dadswell again saving the day for the first 30.

Midfield battled well with some decent breaks to the forward men leading to M. Webber scoring the first of the day.

Bettsehanger responded quickly and soon equalised, again with sheer determination, teams equal 1-1 at the break.

Refreshed and thrown back on to battle it out the visitors began to dominate.

Harriers went to pieces for the last 20 although it was anyone's game at the break the visitors showed their well organised qualities and progressed to bang in another 9 goals.

Credit must go to our boys for the first half display and special mention to young H. Parker, J. Wyborn, C. Saward and C.Braine for solid performances.
