Herne bay Harriers under 13's stunned opponents Thanet Colts Res with 3 goals in the first 10 mins from capt S. Busby, Man of the Match G. Russell and left winger F. Mills.

Thanet then picked themselves up and in the 16 th min pulled one back, it was then end to end stuff with Harriers having the best chances.

The second half started with a determined effort from Thanet but they were unable to break the resolve of Harriers defence and goalkeeper.

S. Busby scored his second when Harriers were awarded a penalty when M. Radley was pulled down in the box.

Thanet were not at all happy and were not playing the game in the best spirit.

Then H. Smith stepped up in the last minute to make the score 5-1 to the home side.

Well done to Harriers for keeping their heads when all around were losing theirs.
