Without our first choice keeper and centre forward this was still a game we expected to win against a side who had conceded heavily in their last two games.

A good start saw us take control of the game and deservedly go 2 - 0 up thanks to Z. Wakerly.

Ashford battled and pulled a goal back and suddenly from looking to be a comfortable game, we started to struggle.

It was a game where we played poorly and goals came at regular intervals.

This could have gone either way, but luckily for us our better finishing saw us as eventual winners.

A special mention for L. Colgan who covered admirably in goal following J. Mcvey' absence and R. Hanningtons' broken wrist.
