Herne Bay Harriers 1 Ramsgate Youth Colts 1

 

Another hard fought game see the Harriers once again dominate the game only to finish with a draw.

From the very start it was clear that this was going to be a frustrating day for the boys as time after time they went close with shots from J. (the deadly) Nutt, J.T (the magician) Thayre and C. (the rocket) Warrener.

Eventually after so much pressure the harriers finally found the net through none other then J. (the deadly) Nutt.

Throughout the game any attack which Ramsgate did manage to muster were quickly dealt with by the outstanding defence duo of J. (the rock) Barton and S. (the bulldozer) Watson, until with 5 minutes left Ramsgate striker had a snatch shot which despite L. (the cat) Smiths' dive who had earlier made a superb one handed save found its way into the net. 

The harriers desperately tried to regain the lead but to no avail as  time just run out.
