 Herne Bay Harriers Under 9 Colts continued with their winning streak beating Curzon Rangers 4 - 0.

C. Sargeant, the fox in the box, got Herne Bay Harriers off to a good start after slotting home a through ball after some sublime one and two touch passing from midfield maestro J. Mercer and A. Taylor, the wing wizard, leaving the keeper stranded.

Even though Harriers continued to press forward and create a mammoth amount of chances they could not increase their lead by half time, this was mainly due to the goal frame being so solid and the countless saves the keeper had to make.

Shortly into the second half Herne Bay Harriers were rewarded a penalty after a Curzon player deliberately handled the ball in the area.

C. Sargeant took the penalty with ease, smashing the ball into the top left hand corner of the net.

By this time the Harriers were in total control dominating play and possession, it didn't take long for another breakthrough when A. Taylor, the wing wizard, intercepted the ball in midfield beat two Curzon players ,dragged the ball over as he went round the keeper to slot the ball home from close range, making the score 3 - 0.

As the game was coming to a close J. Spiller had a long  range shot parried by the keeper only to find the ball drop at the feet of the fox who calmly stroked the ball home for his third goal of the game.

With little to do defensively, Man of the Match C. Gray, never forgot his defensive duties and showed maturity and a calm head for someone so young, dealing with any possible threat .
