Man of the Match L. Senft scored four of the five goals for Herne Bay Harriers Under 17’s as they produced another outstanding team performance to beat Margate FC 5 – 3 and progress to the Semi Final of the Challenge Cup where they will play Dover Wanderers.

In an even first half both teams went in at the break two a piece, but the Harriers took the initiative when E. Webb released D. Marsden on the left, he cut into the box and fired the ball past the Margate keeper.

Margate struck back almost immediately to bring the scores level.

The tie was finished with two excellent strikes from Senft, which saw the Harries progress into the next round of the cup
