Harriers Under 13s lost their 100% start to the season going down 2-1 to Thanet Colts.

On a heavy pitch in wet and windy conditions the team found it hard going and found themselves 1-0 down when Thanet scored direct from a corner which was assisted by the heavy wind .

The second half saw the wind in Harriers favour and the team had lots of possession but Thanet defended well and it was them who scored next with a break away goal.

However, the team kept on going and Andrew Orr got onto a loose ball in the box and buried his chance very well.

The final 10 minutes was all one way but Thanet held firm and took the points.

The Under 13s only have to wait until next week to put this result behind them as the same two teams meet again this week at Briary.
